The 9% platform fee covers hosting, infrastructure, all platform features, support, and ongoing development. There are no hidden fees, no monthly charges, and no feature locks. Note: standard Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢) are separate and charged by Stripe directly.
The only additional fee is the standard Stripe payment processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction), which is charged by Stripe, not MemberPad. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no hidden charges.
Payments are processed through Stripe and deposited directly to your bank account. Stripe typically pays out on a rolling basis (daily or weekly depending on your settings), minus the 9% platform fee and Stripe's processing fees.
